Pak Choi/Sawi with Crispy Garlic in Black Soy Sauce

I think this blog will turn up to be a recipe blog. Never-mind. In a next few chapter it may be turn up to be fashion/drama/medicine blog =)....

Here I have a very quick vegetable recipe...Its Pak Choi/Sawi (can substitute with Kai Lan or Large Green Crispy Salad. I think its not suitable for spinach, but no harm trying).

Ingredients

1) 2 Small Bunch of Salad (here I am using salad. Most of the time I use Pak Choi)

2) 1 bulb of garlic (use it all, remove the white outer, cut it into multiple thin slice)

3) 3 types of soy sauces- use approximate of 5 table spoons for each (Dark SS, Tamari SS, Kikkoman Salty SS. If you dont have this at home/country, do not worry. Substitute to Dark SS, Salty SS and any Japanese SS)

4) 2-3 table spoons of sugar

5) Some water

6) Cooking Oil

Steps:

1) Remove all the leaves/layer of salad from it bunch. Do not cut it into any pieces

2) Boil it into hot water till it become tender (Do not boil it too long. All the mineral and vitamin component will be distorted

3) Remove the water and drain it till dry

4) Heat cooking oil. Fry the sliced garlic till crispy. Set the heat at medium scale. Otherwise garlic will easily burn

5) Put crispy garlic aside. Now reduce the amount of cooking oil you use for frying the garlic just now. Pour all the 3 SS, sugar and some water. Cook it till it boil. (taste it first before you turn the heat off. make sure you get the taste of salty and some sweet)

6) Pour the sauce on top of boiled salad. Lastly sprinkle it with crispy garlic.

All of these steps will take you no more than 20 minutes, provided that you are a regular cook.

Here is the picture that I promise to upload. Sorry its took forever...

I eat it with fried fish (i think that was seabass), rice, chilli paste and soya sauce...delicious!!!
